Learn Datability in an afternoon.

Short, step-by-step guides for every part of the app, from your first student to a district-wide rollout.

Get started

Build your caseload and group students into classes for faster filtering and reports.

Bring goals in from any IEP system by pasting, uploading a screenshot, or uploading a spreadsheet.

Create a goal from scratch, set how it's measured, and choose how often you'll check in.

Record a session in seconds with percentages, trials, frequency or duration, plus notes and photos.

Let each goal's schedule tell you what's due, and catch goals that have gone quiet.

Create a PDF for one goal, one student, or a whole class, ready for meetings and families.

Generate an optional plain-language briefing on a student's goals before the meeting.

Give co-teachers and providers access to the same student so everyone sees one progress picture.

Add teachers with a join code or CSV, watch seats, and see progress across the district.
